Key responsibilities

• Project Roadmap and Execution:
• Utilize extensive experience in ERP implementation and migration, particularly in the areas of Install Base, Service Contracts, and Renewals (Oracle or equivalent in other major ERPs).
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for project execution, considering the current business processes and risks associated with migrating from Oracle to SAP.

• Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand current business processes and articulate the desired to-be system and process state.Program Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to working as a Program Manager, proactively preparing for meetings and aligning with objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure a smooth transition during migration.
• Lead initiatives, problem-solving, and engage with stakeholders to address business process impacts resulting from the migration.
• System Design and Process Improvement:
• Blueprint current business processes and define the desired to-be business processes.
• Initiate process improvement plans and drive change to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design the to-be system showcasing subject matter expertise in Install Base, Renewals, and Service Contracts with specific relevance to the business domain while designing the to-be system.Collaboration and Coordination:
• Coordinate with functional analysts, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across different time zones.
• Foster teamwork and proactively seek clarification or assistance when required.
• Adapt to work with various enterprise systems, quickly acquiring knowledge with minimal guidance.

Required tech stack and other related details

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or operations.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP ERP (or Oracle ERP) with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, coupled with Install Base, Service Contracts, and Renewals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data manipulation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for creating business cases.
• Experience in migrating from Oracle to SAP (or vice versa), understanding current business processes, and facilitating a seamless transition.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities and a passion for competition.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-starter who is highly motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility in work timings to collaborate with teams across multiple geographies. •

We highly value candidates who have recent experience managing large migrations across ERPs in the technology domain, specifically dealing with software license install base and renewals, including a combination of term and subscription licenses. The ideal candidate will have strong subject matter expertise regarding software subscription lifecycle, customer record management, booking, billing and shipping, returns life cycle and possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling them to quickly understand the current environment and develop a comprehensive plan of action for the new system, while effectively mapping various business processes.
