Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to an in-person role where you’ll play an essential part in supporting students and collaborating with dedicated educational teams. Your primary focus will be to help ease the caseload of the staff SLP, ensuring high-quality therapy and support for a diverse caseload of children. Whether you hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate, your clinical skills and passion for pediatric speech and language development will be valued and nurtured.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt therapy to diverse student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students onsite
- Manage documentation, IEP participation, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for student growth
- Help the staff SLP manage caseload volume with care and expertise
