Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcomed
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt therapy to diverse student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students onsite
• Manage documentation, IEP participation, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for student growth
• Help the staff SLP manage caseload volume with care and expertise
