The American Red Cross is hiring remote Customer Service Agents to contact blood donors and schedule appointments from Tucson, AZ. You will follow scripts, manage donor records, and meet daily call and appointment targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have at least one year in telemarketing or call center roles, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
