The American Red Cross is seeking customer-focused individuals to contact blood donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment. You will follow scripting, maintain records, and aim to maximize donor turnout while delivering excellent service. This is a Remote Position; however, you must live in or near Tucson, AZ. The first day and possibly 2-3 days will be at the Tucson Call Center, with a part-time schedule and competitive hourly pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr American National Red Cross
