Location: Oviedo, Florida

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (with flexibility for overtime/weekend coverage as needed)

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Home Delivery Pharmacist to join a high-volume, fast-paced pharmacy environment. In this role, you will ensure the accurate dispensing of medications, support pharmacy operations, and collaborate closely with technicians, clerks, and leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify prescriptions (Rx) for accuracy, safety, and compliance

Apply clinical and pharmacy knowledge to support safe medication dispensing

Provide guidance, oversight, and support to pharmacy technicians

Troubleshoot and resolve prescription-related issues in a timely manner

Partner closely with supervisors and leadership on daily operations

Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and company standards

Maintain high productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment

Minimum Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Florida

Experience working in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription processing, and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Prior leadership or team guidance experience

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

This role is based onsite at the FL350 location and requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy setting. Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts, is expected.

Rounds: Single interview with site leadership

Focus: Overview of site operations and pharmacist responsibilities
