Key Responsibilities Lead and execute audit engagements for public and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB & AICPA standards. Manage sections of complex audits including revenue, equity, debt, valuations, and business combinations. Assist in preparing and reviewing 10‑K/10‑Q filings and other SEC‑related documentation. Coach, supervise, and mentor junior staff throughout engagements. Identify audit issues and provide practical, well reasoned solutions. Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high quality work within deadlines. Build strong client relationships and support ongoing communication. Ideal Candidate 2-4+ years of audit experience (public‑company experience required) Strong knowledge of GAAP, or AICPA standards 2+ years PCAOB experience required Experience with SEC engagements is a bonus Driven, curious, and motivated to progress in a fast expanding team Interested?
