Senior Project Accountant

I’m partnering with a top-tier real estate investment and development firm that is looking to add a Senior Project Accountant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, growth-oriented organization working on large-scale property and development projects. Locations: Houston Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) Compensation: $90K–$102K + 10% bonus What They’re Looking For: 3+ years of public accounting or 4+ years of professional accounting experience Strong foundation in GAAP, financial reporting, and month‑end close What You’ll Be Doing: Own project‑level accounting and financial reporting Partner with project managers, controllers, and internal teams Manage draws, funding requests, and lender/investor reporting Handle month‑end close, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes This is a great role for someone looking to step into a high‑impact, visible position with exposure to development accounting, leadership, and long‑term growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
