What You'll Do: * Own the month-end close process: review revenues, expenses, and balance sheet accounts; post journal entries * Approve invoices and ensure proper GL coding and authorization * Calculate and record clinic-level bonuses and expense allocations * Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) for assigned regions * Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (AR, prepaids, accruals, rent, intercompany, etc.) * Analyze operational metrics like visit volume, net rate per visit, and payroll ratios What We're Looking For: * 1-5 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity corporate environment (public accounting a plus) * Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience * Experience with partnership accounting or SOX compliance is a bonus * Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments Employment Type: Full Time If you're interested in the Senior Accountant position and are available to work in the Houston area, apply now by sending your resume to .
