Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required in specialty License: Compact or state license required Certifications: ACLS PALS CPI BLS TNCC Must-Have: Epic experience required Previous charge experience is not acceptable Candidate must be able to obtain CPI certification before start Description: Please ensure the traveler is aware of the following: Upon accepting an assignment and starting the role, the unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts may vary. By signing your travel contract to take this position, you accept the above terms. You should report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event occurs. Do not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with the above conditions. Nurses will float to other floors potentially. Weekend coverage will be required every other weekend. Two manager or supervisor references will be required to obtain clearance to start the contract. NURSYS reports for RNs must be sent with the profile, ensuring they are up to date (within 4 weeks of submission date). Resources who worked as permanent staff or contracted must be separated from their previous role for one full year before returning. Modules are billable and completed during orientation. Modules are recorded by the facility.
