Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to analyze impairments, limitations, and health status, establishing individualized treatment goals and plans in accordance with doctor orders.

• Implement and monitor treatment programs for patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain and document detailed records of patient care, including evaluations, treatment progress, billing information, and discharge summaries in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring quality patient care is delivered and facilitating their professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
