Supervisor, Sports Physical Therapy - Avondale

Position Summary This leadership role provides oversight for a Sports Physical Therapy Clinic(s). Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, supporting day-to-day operations, and advancing initiatives to improve quality, patient experience, and overall efficiency. Ensures consistent delivery of patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, and Phoenix Children’s standards and requirements. Education Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited University. (Required) Experience Three or more years of clinical experience in a Sports/Orthopedic setting. (Required) Previous Supervisory/Management experience. (Preferred) Certifications AZ Physical Therapy license or Physical Therapy license with compact license privileges in Arizona, prior to start date. (Required) Possess American Heart Association’s BLS certification prior to start date. (Required) Holds, or is eligible to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) to render and bill for independent professional services prior to start date. (Required) APTA Specialty Certification in Sports (SCS) and/or Orthopedics (OCS). (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
