Job Description Job Description World Truck Towing & Recovery is looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to our team. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching.
Responsibilities include
answering phones
entering calls into dispatch system
dispatching drivers
updating customers
collecting payments

Data entry
Experience with proprietary software
Proficiency in English and MS Office
Multi-line phone system
Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
