What Youll Do:
✔ Answer inbound calls from health plan members and medical providers professionally and courteously
✔ Educate members and providers regarding healthcare benefits and coverage
✔ Research and resolve claim-related questions and concerns
✔ Coordinate claim adjustments, stop payments, reissues, recalculations, and claim reprocessing requests
✔ Investigate and follow through on complex claims issues until resolution
✔ Respond to correspondence, portal inquiries, and website requests in a timely manner
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information
✔ Assist team members and provide backup support across multiple departments as needed
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
What Were Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Customer service, call center, healthcare, insurance, medical office, or related experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
✅ Basic understanding of medical terminology
✅ Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
✅ Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
