Director of Children’s and Family Ministries

Director of Children’s and Family Ministries Little River United Methodist Church is a vibrant and active community of believers in Jesus Christ. We strive to love, invite, teach, learn, serve, share, and grow as disciples. We are currently seeking an individual to serve our growing congregation as a Director of Children’s and Family Ministries. As a member of the church staff this position has a specific responsibility for the spiritual oversight, development and delivery of Children’s and Young Families ministries with emphasis on children from birth to 5th grade and their families and the creation of experiences that bridge our children and families to the larger congregation and surrounding communities. The applicant must be a Christian with education, leadership ability, and experience that has a strong relationship with Jesus Christ and can be a Christian role model for children and parents, possessing an outgoing personality, compassion, enthusiasm, and creativity. This position works directly with the Senior Pastor to serve the needs of the church and community.
