Signing Bonus $500 after 30 days of employment. $500 after 90 days of employment + performance-based rate increase. Schedule Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week. Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be). Requirements Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc). Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.” Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal. Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required). Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
