The facility specializes in high-mix, low volume production and also offers sub-assembly, integration, New Product Introduction services, and clean room assembly.Job PurposeThe Associate QA Engineer will be assisting in the daily overview of production and new product introduction activities. Nature of Duties/ResponsibilitiesUtilize quality tools and disciplines in response to customer quality concerns and internal quality improvement plans. Develop work instructions for inspection/testing for QC personnel Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracyPerform RCCA and CLCA and recommend corrective action for customer quality concerns and complaints. Support RMA/MRB material disposition.Develop inspection check fixtures.Report on particle count for clean room.Help in addressing Supplier Quality issues.On hand type of person, mechanical engineering, special process engineering.Education and ExperienceBS Degree in Engineering, Quality or technical field.Ability to work under deadlinesGood verbal and written communication skillsDetail-orientedExperience with Microsoft office.Expertise in MS Excel or Google SheetsThis is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
