Responsibilities Assist with onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of Retail Sales Associates or Outfitters. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and long-term success of retail staff. Foster customer happiness and deliver a positive shift experience for every team member. Execute opening and closing duties to ensure the store stays clean, organized, and operating smoothly. Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present. Maintain Outfitter metrics goals set by Owners and Director of Retail Operations. Help manager lead monthly team meetings. Qualifications Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Support the Store Manager. Assist with training new employees. Responsible for fostering customer happiness. Deliver a positive shift experience for every team member. Execute opening and closing duties, delegating as needed. Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present. Maintain Outfitter metrics goals. Help manager lead monthly team meetings. Perks High energy and fun atmosphere.
