Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Immediate Need!
Our client, a large public pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruiting team. This fully remote role is open to candidates living in the South Florida tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County).
We're seeking someone with 2–5 years of recruiting or HR support experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS management, job postings, recruiting coordination, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and gain exposure to large-scale recruiting operations.
