HR Manager - $38/hr-$43/hr - Arlington, VA

About the Job: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews. Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes. Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination. Partner with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy. Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team. About You: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is highly preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. UKG experience is highly preferred. Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Confidential and personable with the ability to connect with others. About the Position: $38/hr-$43/hr, depending on experience. Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP! Potential for the assignment to extend or become permanent. Hours are 9am-5pm. Must be DMV located.
