Project Manager - Commercial Construction Greenville, SC Full-Time On-Site

Our company is a diversified general contractor, with 4 different offices throughout the Carolinas. Since conception, we have grown into a top 10 GC for the South East! Due to our growth in the SC Market - we are looking for a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually
• Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
• Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control
• Plan and coordinate construction activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years as project manager, with commercial general contractor construction experience.
• Interior &/OR Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more - Knowledge of local Sub Contractors
• Private client experience
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders
• Willingness to be part of Business Development
• Experience with multiple delivery methods
