About This Role As an RN in the Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring expedited evaluation. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Warrensville Hts, OH Schedule: Day/Night rotation, every other weekend and holiday rotation Sign-On Bonus: Not mentioned What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions Administer prescribed medications and treatments Note and carry out physician and nursing orders Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs Educate patients and their families Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Benefits RN Loan Repayment program to help pay off student debt Tuition Reimbursement program for furthering education Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
