AI & Transformation Product Manager / Lead

Location: Flushing, NY | In Person 4-5 Days/Week

Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 Base + 10% to 15% Bonus

Overview

We are a rapidly growing healthcare and home care services organization investing heavily in AI, automation, and operational transformation. We are seeking an AI & Transformation Product Manager / Lead to own and prioritize a portfolio of transformation initiatives across the business. You will identify high value opportunities, establish implementation roadmaps, govern delivery, measure business impact, and turn successful initiatives into scalable enterprise playbooks.

This is a high visibility role partnering directly with senior leadership, frontline operations, clinical and compliance teams, our AI & Transformation Associate, and technical resources responsible for building and deploying solutions. The ideal candidate combines the structured problem solving of a management consultant with the ownership and execution mindset of a strong Product or Program Manager.

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize the portfolio of AI, automation, digitization, and workflow transformation initiatives
• Evaluate opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities
• Develop project roadmaps and guide initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurement
• Partner with operations, clinical, compliance, technology, and executive stakeholders to define transformation priorities
• Guide the AI & Transformation Associate and technical teams responsible for requirements gathering, workflow redesign, and solution deployment
• Establish success metrics and measure operational, financial, and adoption outcomes
• Identify successful initiatives that can be standardized and scaled into repeatable enterprise playbooks
• Maintain visibility into project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Present recommendations, progress, and results to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional experience in AI/Agentic product management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or business transformation.
• Experience leading complex, cross functional technology or operational initiatives.
• Strong ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive projects through execution.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare or another highly regulated industry is a plus.
• Experience building workflows and automation which complies with HIPPA and other healthcare regulations highly desired.
• Mandarin or Cantonese bilingual fluency is a strong advantage, but not required.

You're equally comfortable working with senior executives, frontline operations, and technical teams. You understand technology well enough to guide AI and transformation initiatives without needing to personally engineer every solution.
