Process Technician (Night Shift) - “The Fix-It Role” Location: Duncan area Compensation: Up to $30/hr + Shift Premium + OT + Quarterly Bonus Shift: 2/2/3 Nights (7pm - 7am) When the line goes down, you’re the one they call. We’re hiring Process Technicians to support a growing, high-volume manufacturing operation with new equipment coming online. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role—this is for someone who thrives in the action, diagnosing issues, fixing problems fast, and keeping production moving. If you’ve ever been the “go-to” person on the floor when things break, this is your kind of job. What You’ll Actually Do Walk into shift, get the handoff, and hit the floor running Be the “firefighter” when machines go down. Diagnose and fix fast Set up and change over equipment to keep production flowing Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues Track downtime and help eliminate recurring problems Perform preventative maintenance (TPM) Work side-by-side with operators and engineering teams Bottom line: You keep the line running. Period.
