Senior Financial Analyst, Mid America Division

Labcorp

Senior Financial Analyst position supporting month-end close, financial planning, and reporting for the Mid America Division. Hybrid role in Frisco, Texas requiring five years of financial analysis or accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Complete month-end close tasks and financial deliverables on schedule and accurately
Prepare monthly financial review packages and maintain division reporting accuracy
Conduct variance analysis of business performance across multiple time periods
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for division and sub-divisions
Generate ad-hoc financial reports and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
Strong financial analytical and Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with healthcare or life sciences industry (preferred)
Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or Hyperion (preferred)
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI (preferred)
