This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management and authentication technologies. The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills. The individual must be hands‐on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment. As Sr Software Engineer, you will have strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and you have experience of IAM products like SailPoint, BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, Active Directory.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management programArchitect, build, test, deploy, and monitor MGMRI’s IAM systems and beyondAssessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needsHelp build technical and non‐technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimizes MGMRI's security risksBuild and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, HRAct as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organizationTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience RequiredDesign, build and deployment of software solutions, identity and access management domainExperience in working with industry leading IAM vendor products like SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Azure AD, Okta etcIndustry experience in the identity and access management domainExperience with one or more IAM tools –Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, or othersExperience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate authenticationExperience in Java/J2EE Enterprise Web Development is a plusExperience in working with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible in CI/CD pipelineIndustry standard certifications like CISM, CISSP,CCSP etcExperience with standard authentication protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDCExperience in integrating applications with SSO solution both internally and with third party applicationsExperience integrating and deploying Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to web‐based and mobile applications for authentication and authorizationundefinedTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Prioritize your wellness, access programs crafted to nurture your mental and physical health.
