At Elim Christian Services, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated paraprofessionals to support our students with autism while becoming part of a positive, welcoming team culture. Key Responsibilities Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily learning activities Observe and manage behavior of students according to approved procedures Implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the teacher and/or behavior therapist Supervise and observe assigned student(s) to maintain order among the students in the classroom, on school grounds, and during school outings Assist students with personal care needs as required Supervise students and promote positive behavior in a supportive environment Elim is committed to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential.
