Responsibilities for a Foreclosure Default Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of foreclosure and default mortgage loans from referral through resolution, sale, reinstatement, or dismissal.
• Monitor foreclosure timelines, bankruptcy holds, attorney actions, and state-specific compliance requirements to ensure timely processing.
• Review title reports, liens, legal descriptions, and foreclosure documentation for accuracy and identify title defects or curative issues.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, title companies, vendors, and internal servicing departments to resolve escalations and maintain compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates for Foreclosure Default Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure and default servicing
• Knowledge of CFPB regulations, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC foreclosure and servicing guidelines.
• Experience reviewing title reports, bankruptcy documentation, foreclosure timelines, and lien-related issues.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $21.40 per hour
