Job Description Job Description We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Foreclosure Specialist opportunity available with a financial services company in Dallas, Texas. Our client is a leading provider of technology-enabled default management and bankruptcy processing solutions, offering a superior work environment and advancement opportunities. Foreclosure Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below. This is a Contract to Hire position. Your specific duties will include: Conducting quality assurance reviews of all data entered against source documents to ensure accuracy in foreclosure proceedings. Entering data and documents into the internal case management system relevant to completing the foreclosure file. Reviewing open files upon receipt, verifying data against source documents, and making necessary corrections. This includes reviewing Deeds of Trust, Property Title Reports, dockets, pleadings, and related documents. Interfacing with appropriate contacts to resolve questions, inconsistencies, and missing data. Following up on missing items to meet client-required foreclosure timelines and internal foreclosure sale calendar deadlines. Updating client systems with documents or message details according to client work standards. Required qualifications for theposition include : Associate or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience with a bank, mortgage servicer, or law firm providing equivalent client services. Preferred qualifications for theposition include : Experience with CaseAware Case Management System, BKFS LoanSphere (MSP), BKFS LoanSphere Default, and Sagent Tempo is strongly preferred. 1+ years of Foreclosure. Pay Rate Range : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
