Machine Operator:
- Work involves standing and operating machinery
- Shift Needs:
- 2 operators for 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3 operators for 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Must have open availability to work 10-11-hour shifts
- Candidate Profile:
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good retention skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
