Ino USA is seeking a motivated, organized and customer focused bad ass to join our Inside Sales team. Quoting, order entry, customer service and daily communication with the shop might sound a little boring, but when you are selling a product that keeps our world moving alongside a team that cares about having fun and enjoying the 9-5 rather than dreading it, then it is far from boring.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone and email regarding orders, product information, lead times, and general inquiries.
• Quoting/Order Entry: Prepare accurate quotes for conveyor belts, timing belts, fabricated products, and related accessories and process orders accurately
• Problem Solving: Help resolve customer concerns, shipping issues, and production-related questions in a timely manner.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and fabrication capabilities to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Team Collaboration: Support the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order processing, or a related role in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Languages: English/Spanish bilingual is a very strong plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Technical Aptitude: Mechanical or industrial product knowledge is a plus; conveyor belt industry experience preferred but not required.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
