Senior Interior Designer

We are selective about who we bring into our world — and right now, we're looking for a Senior Interior Designer who has lived and breathed that standard. This is not a role for someone stepping into luxury. This is a role for someone who has already mastered it. The Role You will take full ownership of projects from initial concept through final installation — guiding the creative vision, managing the details, and holding every collaborator to an uncompromising standard of excellence. You'll work alongside an ambitious team and lead a network of third-party designers, contractors, and specialist vendors to deliver spaces that are nothing short of extraordinary. What You'll Do Develop and lead design concepts, space plans, and mood boards that reflect the vision and lifestyle of ultra-high-net-worth clients Source and specify the finest FF&E, bespoke finishes, custom fixtures, and materials — with a discerning eye for quality and provenance Produce world-class presentations, renderings, and construction documents Lead high-stakes client meetings with confidence, clarity, and creative authority Manage and mentor third-party interior designers, ensuring every collaborator upholds the studio's creative and quality standards Own project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules with precision and accountability Orchestrate contractors, specialist trades, and vendors from design development through installation Serve as the central point of contact between clients, the internal team, and all external partners Anticipate and resolve challenges during construction and installation before they become problems Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience in ultra-luxury interior design — residential, hospitality, or both You have worked on projects of the calibre of Aman, Four Seasons, Rosewood, or equivalent — and you understand what it takes to deliver at that level You have managed budgets, complex timelines, and third-party design collaborators on high-value projects You are proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools You have a refined network of luxury contractors, artisan fabricators, and specialist vendors You communicate with the same polish you bring to your designs NCIDQ certification is a plus What This Opportunity Offers Work on some of the most prestigious design commissions in Miami and beyond.
