Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will work on a small team to maintain the bank's facilities and grounds – including our Park Bank Center and our nine branches in the Madison area. These include, but are not limited to, groundskeeping, (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), and other building systems. You are flexible, motivated, have a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and enjoy working with a fun team and organization.Location: 1815 Greenway Cross, Madison, WI 53713Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with flexibility to work 8am-5pm as requested. Able to assist in responding to emergencies evenings, weekends, and holidaysEssential Functions & DutiesUnder supervision of the Facilities Manager and Team Lead, inspects, maintains and performs general maintenance for the bank's facilitiesWorks independently and in teams to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety of buildings, grounds, and equipment while using established standards of preventative maintenancePerforming basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentryCoordinating with trades with the scheduled maintenance and more complex work with the HVAC, plumbing, Electrical vendorsPerforms general repair that do not require a specialized technician.
