As a Full-Time Career Caregiver , you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve.

This position is offered through our Full-Time Career Caregiver Program . Eligible caregivers may participate in our Minimum Paid Hours Program , designed to provide greater income stability during temporary fluctuations in client scheduling, along with competitive pay, paid training, premium pay opportunities, and Company-sponsored benefits, subject to program eligibility requirements and Company policy.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Minimum Paid Hours Program for eligible Full-Time Career Caregivers

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide transportation and run errands when assigned
• Follow individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and sound judgment
• Professional caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA welcomed)
