About the Role: Cabinet Installer As a Kitchen Cabinet Installer, you will join an award‑winning Cabinet Experts team as we expand into the kitchen remodeling space. You'll play a key role in transforming outdated kitchens into modern, refreshed spaces while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Through our Installation Training program, you will learn all the skills needed to become a lead installer Tools Provided: All necessary tools, equipment, and materials are supplied, including PPE and company clothing Growing Company: Join a rapidly growing company backed by the leading Skybrook Kitchens brand in the cabinet refacing industry Benefits: Full‑time W2 employment with a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (including Paid Holidays and your Birthday Off!), and a 401(k) with 4% company match Consistent, year-round work Job Duties & Responsibilities: Install cabinet refacing systems in residential kitchens, typically completed within 2‑3 days Apply veneers, replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and install new hardware using precise measurements and finishing techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in customers’ homes Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests as needed Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work is preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds Detail‑oriented with the ability to measure and cut materials accurately Ability to provide excellent customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr Bath & Cabinet Experts
