The Detailer is the technical backbone of every project CBX Solutions executes. In this role, you translate contract documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and purchase orders) into accurate, code-compliant door, frame, and hardware schedules that the entire project team depends on. Your work determines what gets ordered, what gets installed, and whether a project meets UL, fire code, ADA, life safety, and local building code requirements. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in precision: a subject-matter expert who catches specification conflicts before they become field problems and produces submittals that hold up to scrutiny from architects and general contractors.
