No experience required.Primary Responsibilities Include:Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.Empty trash receptacles as neededClean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washingDuties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.Requirements:General maintenance experienceBasic knowledge of maintenance repair and servicePositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to work weekends as neededAbility to work weekends as requiredInterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.
