Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce

Hybrid role out of any of our office locations. This hybrid role is based in any Wolters Kluwer office and allows for flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities Develop and refine intricate process analyses and end-to-end process mappings. Propose actionable recommendations for process and operational improvements. Maintain detailed and updated records on business operations. Document and understand Adobe Commerce related processes; advise internal users on administrator responsibilities. Participate actively in the development of strategic and long-term business plans. Provide comprehensive data analysis and present to senior team members and stakeholders. Offer support in implementing and monitoring business recommendations. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent degree or combination of education and experience. Requires 2+ years of eCommerce or business operations experience with enterprise level solution in a marketing environment. 2+ years business / requirements analyst experience with exposure to varied projects and environments. 2+ years with Adobe Commerce or other enterprise eCommerce platform. Skills Experience working in an enterprise or matrixed organization. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Drive, passion, and initiative, with ability to adapt quickly to rapidly-evolving products, technology, and situations are a must. Compensation $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD. This role is eligible for a bonus.
