Business Data Analyst - Organizational Effectiveness

Location The primary location for job responsibilities is the Kennesaw campus at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. The Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060. Job Summary Responsible for data analysis and reporting across departments. Coordinates with stakeholders to gather data, analyze trends, develop visualizations, and generate operational and financial reports such as daily sales reports and trend analyses. Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents data‑driven recommendations to leadership. Responsibilities Compile standard and ad‑hoc reports per established guidelines and frequency. Provide analysis and data interpretation for all assigned departments. Identify areas of opportunity and present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Provide productivity analysis reports. Develop and maintain reports to measure operational and utilization activity. Prepare ad‑hoc reports required for association affiliations and regulatory requirements. Compile recurring operational reviews that include trend analysis. Assist with departmental inventory reporting and analysis. Assist with reporting that measures department performance and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders across campus, including the Office of University Data Strategy, to maintain alignment with overall data strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field. Some related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Data Analytics. Advanced degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience with data analytics, preferably in higher education. Proposed Salary The budgeted salary range is $51,600 to $62,400 per year.
