Territory Manager - Minneapolis, MN

BD seeks a Territory Manager for Targeted Temperature Management products in Minneapolis to drive sales revenue, expand key accounts, and develop new business opportunities within hospital and clinical settings. The role involves managing territory budgets, building healthcare relationships, and staying current on clinical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities and established targets
- Develop and expand business opportunities with current and new key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service training
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospital staff across clinical units
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- 3-5 years of sales experience with demonstrated success
- Clinical background preferred (RN/BSN)
- Valid state driver's license and compliance with auto safety standards
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and sales information systems
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve problems independently
