Fast paced, high volume customer Midland Restaurant seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Lead. Job duties include:

• Training and guiding new hires in processes and procedures
• Acting as a positive influence to motivate other staff members with the goal of team excellence
• Coordinating employee breaks
• Enforcing sanitization and safety standards
• Resolving customers concerns
• Filling in for any staff that might be missing during shift
• Overseeing the overall order completion for accuracy and efficiency
