Controller

Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Lead the month-end, quarter, and year-end closes
- Create standard operating procedures in compliance with US GAAP
- Review and prepare bank and account reconciliations
- Lead your team of 3
- Oversee AP and AR work
- Lead the interim and annual audit requests
- Assist with any ERP related questions and implementations
- Work with Operations to implement standard cost accounting practices along with improving margins
Experience Preferred for Controller:
- 5+ years of General Accounting preferably in Manufacturing
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed
- ERP Experience
- Cost Accounting is a plus
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 Base + Bonus
