Benny's Big Time Pizzeria in Wilmington, NC is looking for one sous chef to join our team. We are located on 206 Greenfield St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Benny's makes pizza the right way, from scratch, in a wood burning oven. We make all of our pastas in house, as well as our gelato. If you value cooking and learning about food, the environment you work in, and the people you work with, let's set up an interview!

Responsibilities

• Experience working as a sous chef or chef
• High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
• Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
• Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
• Train and develop chefs to company standards
• Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs
• Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
• Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
