Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Attorney Associate to join a sophisticated corporate finance practice in Washington, D.C. or New York. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience in borrower-side leveraged finance and fund finance transactions.Location
Washington, D.C. | New York, NY
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in leveraged finance transactions, with an emphasis on borrower-side matters.
Handle fund finance transactions and related financing arrangements.
Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and transaction documents.
Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and closings.
Collaborate with attorneys on sophisticated corporate financing matters.
3–8 years of corporate finance experience.
Experience in borrower-side leveraged finance and/or fund finance.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
$260,000–$435,000 base salary, depending on experience and seniority.
