Located in the heart of Champaign, IL, this full-time, onsite role centers on designing and implementing high-impact behavior-analytic programs, fostering meaningful growth across academic, social, and life skills for every learner.

In this position, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team of clinicians, educators, and families—all dedicated to crafting and optimizing interventions that align with evidence-based practices and each student’s unique learning profile. Expect a dynamic, data-rich setting where your expertise and input will directly influence program design and student achievement.

Desired Qualifications:

• BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligibility to sit for certification), or equivalent demonstrated ABA experience with intent to obtain credential.
• 2–3 years minimum in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings, supporting neurodiverse children (ages 3–13).
• Deep knowledge of ABA, behavior intervention planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching methods preferred.
• Skilled at multidisciplinary collaboration and communicating with families, teachers, and related service providers.
• Knowledge of sensory processing and occupational therapy principles as they apply to behavior and academic learning.
• Bilingual abilities are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and craft individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Lead implementation and ongoing adjustment of ABA-based interventions in both therapy and educational settings.
• Analyze and present data (using Precision Teaching methodologies) to guide decisions and measure student progress.
• Provide on-site therapy, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and coach staff on instructional and data collection strategies.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and educators to fully integrate sensory-motor and cognitive-linguistic supports.
• Engage and educate families through meetings, progress reports, and training.
