Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising Assistant

Are you looking for more than just a paycheck? We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising Assistant who wants to make a real community impact while accelerating their career. In this role, you will help execute local charity campaigns, manage toy drive logistics, and connect face-to-face with the public to drive results.
No experience in fundraising or non-profits is required. We are specifically looking for people who want to advance into management . If you love a fast-paced environment and are excited about learning how to teach, train, and lead others, we want to coach you from the ground up!
Key Responsibilities
Drive Awareness & Funds: Represent incredible non-profit organizations at local events, engaging community members to boost brand awareness and hit fundraising goals.
Master the Mindset: Shift your focus toward daily goals and tangible results while maintaining an unstoppable, positive attitude.
Learn to Lead: Participate in daily leadership workshops where you will learn the fundamentals of teaching, mentoring, and training a team.
Keep it Fun: Bring high energy to our morning team meetings and help create a supportive, competitive, and lively workplace environment.
