We're looking for a career commercial hunter to help us convert that technology edge into new business at a company growing 50% year-over-year. You know how to open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and close new business. This role is built for someone who wants real upside in exchange for hunting hard in Year 1, with a modest base paired with a commission structure designed to reward top performers disproportionately. Job Overview: We're building a strong commercial team to take GlassView's business to new heights, and this role is central to that push. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in breaking into new logos and expansion markets across Fortune 500 brands and their agency partners,with a specific focus on independent and holding company agency relationships. You'll work closely with the CEO and sales leadership to build and convert new business opportunities from the ground up.
