CAI is looking for a Bilingual (Portuguese/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 6–12 months in a Service Desk or technical support role, along with excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include interacting with users to resolve technical issues through various communication channels and ensuring all tickets are documented properly.
