Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; ensure documentation accuracy; advocate for patients and communicate with families and care team members. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance activities. Foster a positive work environment, mentor colleagues, and contribute to professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license (single state or multi-state), and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. Proficiency in patient assessment, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to professional standards are essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement is expected. Other duties include supporting hospital policies, participating in organizational initiatives, and promoting a patient- and family-centered care environment.
