About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to act as a strategic financial business partner, driving profitable growth across its consumer products portfolio. The successful candidate will lead all commercial finance and FP&A activities, including annual planning, forecasting, performance analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization. This executive will be responsible for building and leading a top-tier finance organization, with a focus on supporting a business with a significant revenue and a diverse product portfolio. The role requires a leader with a strong background in consumer packaged goods and manufacturing, who can translate financial data into business insights, and is capable of influencing strategic decision-making across various business functions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in a similar operationally focused role. The ideal candidate will be adept at strengthening financial discipline, developing scalable processes, and systems, and nurturing talent to support the company's growth. This position is pivotal, as the executive will be positioned as a key succession candidate to the CFO and will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term financial direction. The role demands a leader who is not only technically proficient in financial management but also possesses the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
