About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP of Operations with a strong background in multi-site operations leadership within the mechanical, HVAC, MEP, or skilled-trades/field-services industries. The successful candidate will be the senior operations leader for the entire platform, responsible for partnering with division and operating company leaders to diagnose operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes. This role requires a proven track record in turning around underperforming operations, as well as experience in integrating and standardizing processes across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-moving, private equity-backed, high-growth environment and will bring a strategic yet hands-on approach to the role. Key responsibilities for the SVP of Operations include prioritizing divisions and locations for improvement, standardizing and strengthening operating processes, and bringing operational discipline to recently acquired businesses. The role demands a leader with strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority. The candidate must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time and should be based in the Midwest.
